1. Agreement to terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bundli mobile application, the provider portal at providers.bundli.ca, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. About Bundli
Bundli is a matching platform operated by BundlWorks Inc., Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Bundli connects expecting families with birth and perinatal support professionals through a quiz-based matching system. Bundli is a technology platform — not a healthcare provider, doula agency, or midwifery practice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Providers must ensure they possess proper licences, certifications, and insurance required by their jurisdiction.
4. Provider accounts
Providers must be licensed, certified, or otherwise qualified to offer the services they list. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information, including qualifications, services, pricing, and availability. Bundli does not independently verify all provider claims. Bundli reserves the right to remove profiles that contain false or misleading information.
5. Family accounts
Families must provide accurate intake information and communicate respectfully with providers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
6. Matching and AI-assisted features
Bundli may use AI-assisted tools (including natural-language processing) to help generate match suggestions between families and providers. These outputs are informational only and do not guarantee fit, outcomes, or the quality of any provider's services.
7. No medical advice; platform-only role
Bundli is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider or emergency service. Nothing in the Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions. Bundli is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by listed professionals. Families engage providers directly and at their own discretion. Bundli is not a party to any contract between a family and a provider.
8. Subscriptions and billing
The Services are free for families. Provider subscriptions are billed monthly in Canadian dollars (CAD). Free trials begin on the date of Stripe checkout completion. After the trial period, your selected plan renews automatically until cancelled. Bundli does not take commission on fees you charge clients — your subscription is for platform access only.
9. Cancellation and data retention
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your profile will no longer be visible to families after cancellation. Account data is retained for 30 days to allow reactivation. After 30 days, data is deleted upon written request.
10. Founding provider pricing
Providers who joined Bundli's early access programme are designated as founding providers and receive a permanent discount on their subscription. Founding providers will always pay less than the standard rate charged to new providers joining after launch. If Bundli's standard pricing decreases, founding providers automatically receive the lower rate.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing purpose

Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information

Scrape, mine, or otherwise extract data from the Services without permission

Circumvent security controls or access restrictions

Sell, transfer, or share your account with another person

Advertise or solicit services not listed on your Bundli profile
12. Intellectual property
All content and materials in the Services (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of BundlWorks Inc. Providers retain ownership of their profile content and grant Bundli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Services.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BundlWorks Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of six months of subscription payments or CAD $100.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BundlWorks Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
17. Suspension and termination
Bundli may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us at the email below.
18. Dispute resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in Edmonton, Alberta, conducted in English with one arbitrator.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to the dispute resolution provisions above.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
