Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bundli, including the website at bundli.ca, waitlist, and any related mobile or web applications (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. About Bundli

Bundli is a Canadian matching platform that connects expecting parents with birth support professionals (including doulas, midwives, lactation consultants, and other perinatal support providers) through a quiz-based matching process.
The Services are owned and operated by BundlWorks Inc., doing business as Bundli (“Bundli”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Contact: info@bundli.ca

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
Providers are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to practice in their jurisdiction and for maintaining any required licenses, registrations, certifications, or insurance.

4. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a binding contract and does not guarantee access, timing, or specific features.
We may invite, defer, or remove waitlist participants at our discretion.

5. Provider Profiles and Accuracy

Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of profile information, including qualifications, services, availability, pricing, and service areas.
By creating a profile, providers:

  • represent that profile information is truthful and not misleading;

  • confirm they hold credentials they claim;

  • consent to profile information being displayed to users for matching purposes.

Bundli does not independently verify all provider statements and does not guarantee profile accuracy.

6. Matching and AI-Assisted Features

Bundli may use AI-assisted tools (including natural-language processing) to help generate match suggestions or explanations based on user-provided information.
Match outputs are informational only, and do not guarantee fit, outcomes, or availability. Users and providers remain solely responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to engage with one another.

7. No Medical Advice; Platform-Only Role

Bundli is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider, insurer, clinic, or emergency service.
Nothing on the Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory conduct;

  • post false or misleading information, including credentials or qualifications;

  • sell, lease, transfer, or assign your account/profile;

  • scrape, harvest, or misuse user/provider data;

  • circumvent billing, subscription, security, or access controls;

  • use the Services to advertise or offer unrelated goods/services not authorized by Bundli.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Family Conduct

Families agree to provide accurate information in quizzes/intake and to communicate respectfully with providers.

10. Fees, Trials, and Subscriptions

The Services are free for families seeking and connecting with providers.

Provider accounts are offered on a subscription basis:

  • Bundli may offer one or more billing intervals, with monthly being the most common.

  • Providers may receive a one (1) month free trial where offered.

  • After trial, the selected paid subscription begins and renews automatically until canceled.

  • Subscription pricing and plan terms may change from time to time, subject to applicable law and notice requirements.

  • Providers may cancel in accordance with in-app or support instructions; unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Bundli does not currently process payments between families and providers for off-platform services; those arrangements are solely between the family and provider.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content and materials (including software, design, branding, text, and matching workflows) are owned by or licensed to Bundli and are protected by applicable law.
Providers retain ownership of their submitted profile content, but grant Bundli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display such content as necessary to operate the Services.

12. User Content and Copyright Notices

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@bundli.ca with:

  • identification of the copyrighted work;

  • identification/location of allegedly infringing content;

  • your contact information;

  • a statement of good-faith belief and authority to act.

We may remove or disable access to content alleged to be infringing where appropriate.

13. Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy at bundli.ca/privacy-policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bundli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Bundli is not responsible for provider conduct, professional outcomes, profile inaccuracies, or third-party interactions.

For any claim arising out of or relating to the Services, Bundli’s aggregate liability will not exceed the lesser of:

  1. the total amount paid by the claimant to Bundli in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim; or

  2. CAD $100.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bundli, BundlWorks Inc., and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated, or where needed to protect users, providers, or the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time. For account/data deletion requests, contact info@bundli.ca.

18. Dispute Resolution

Before arbitration, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days after written notice of dispute.

If not resolved, disputes will be finally resolved by binding arbitration:

  • Country: Canada

  • City: Edmonton, Alberta

  • Language: English

  • Arbitrators: One (1)

Either party may seek interim injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to Section 18 (Dispute Resolution).

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting updated Terms and/or through the Services. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
